The service

Atraly is an AI. The live default is Atraly v2.0. Ally (Atraly v1.5) is a visual preview: scripted replies, not a live voice product. Early access is a waitlist for what’s next, not a second live model. Aorila 5, when offered in the composer, is exclusive to Atraly.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you use to sign in, and for activity on your account. Keep your credentials to yourself. You can change your password and sign out of sessions in account settings.

Plans and usage

Free is Atraly v2.0 AI, with no token cap. The $20/mo plan includes 2,000,000 tokens per UTC month plus early access to new features in the first year. When included usage on that plan reaches 100%, chats pause. There is no overage billing.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to break in, scrape at a volume that harms others, or use Atraly to break the law. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep AI available. Replies depend on model status. Status shows live checks for Web, API, and Atraly v2.0, and may report Offline. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Atraly AI provides atraly.com and the Atraly AI. This policy describes the information we collect to run that product. Aorila Labs is a separate company under common ownership.

Account

If you create an account we store your email and optional profile fields you enter (name, about you, how to respond). Memories you add in settings are stored so they can be used in chat when you leave that option on.

AI

We store messages you send and replies you receive so threads can continue. You can export chats and clear history from settings.

Usage

On the $20/mo plan we count tokens used in the current UTC month so the usage meter in account settings is accurate. Chats pause at 100% of the included 2,000,000 tokens.

Payments

If you pay, card details are handled by a payment processor. Atraly does not store card numbers on this site.

Research

Thumbs-up and thumbs-down stay off unless you opt in from settings. Nothing is exported for research unless you turn that on.

Atraly uses local storage on your device to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as appearance, temperature, and research opt-in. That is how AI can reopen the same account after a refresh.

What we do not use

We do not drop advertising cookies, and we do not run a third-party ad network on this site.

Status

The status page may load live health for Web, API, and Atraly v2.0. That check is for the product, not for ads.
